{"id":229,"date":"2021-11-08T07:00:26","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T06:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/davadie.bzh\/?p=229"},"modified":"2022-10-07T19:38:09","modified_gmt":"2022-10-07T17:38:09","slug":"subsidiarite-et-legitimite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/davadie.bzh\/index.php\/2021\/11\/08\/subsidiarite-et-legitimite\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsidiarit\u00e9 et l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le 29 octobre dernier, j&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes \u00ab\u00a0le d\u00e9fi de la subsidiarit\u00e9 en entreprise\u00a0\u00bb organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;IPC (cf. <a href=\"https:\/\/ipc-paris.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Subsidiarite%CC%81-v2.pdf\">programme<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce fut une journ\u00e9e enrichissante (qui m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 2 ou 3 id\u00e9es d&rsquo;articles &#8211; ou au moins de billets &#8211; \u00e0 r\u00e9diger) au cours de laquelle j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 mes travaux sur les liens entre la subsidiarit\u00e9 et la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour faire simple, \u00e0 partir du mat\u00e9riau de recherche de ma th\u00e8se (particuli\u00e8rement riche), j&rsquo;ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la subsidiarit\u00e9 v\u00e9cue par les praticiens et celle qu&rsquo;ils mettent en \u0153uvre. En m&rsquo;appuyant sur les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 quelques questions, j&rsquo;en suis venu \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir 8 \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui s&rsquo;opposaient \u00e0 cette mise en \u0153uvre.
